This Way Out is that little basement shop under the Beachland that’s overflowing with vintage clothes, old vinyl, rock & roll T-shirts, and kitschy pop culture items. It was opened eight years ago by Pete and Debbie Gulyas who now own Blue Arrow Records down the street.
