Most of the month of December, Severance Hall, like so many places, will be filled with the sound of seasonal music.
The Cleveland Orchestra will perform its popular holiday concert nine times between December 13 and December 22.
They’ll be joined by the Cleveland Orchestra Chorus, as well as different guest choruses at each performance, to sing Christmas carols and the Halleluia chorus from Handel’s Messiah, and lead audience singalongs. Robert Porco conducts.
Prior to the matinees, from 11:30am to 2:30PM, families can have lunch with Santa in the Severance restaurant. (Reservations can be made at 216-231-7373 or clevelandorchestra.com.
Concertgoers can also browse the orchestra gift shop, which will be open before and after concerts.
Tickets are $40-$95.
