How could you not check out a band that calls themselves the Spicy Draculas? That describes themselves as “musicians of diverse backgrounds, coming together to form a super lazer of music that will lodge itself into your human skulls”?
In fact, the New York-based quartet plays some pretty rudimentary, irreverent garage rock, music as basic and unglossy as you’d expect. It’s music so simplistic that the band cranks out albums and EPs at a dizzying rate, with ten in slightly over two years. There’s a lot of check out at their Bandcamp page.
They’ll be playing at Now That’s Class. They’ve collected bands from around the area to open: Medina’s Super Awesome Macho, Youngstown’s Aurora Del Sole, and C-Level open.
