Lake County’s Suede Brothers have been making streamlined yet beefy blues-rock for about seven years.
Led by Dylan Francis on guitar and vocals, supported by bassist Kevin Naughton and drummer Mike Varga, the band is a throwback to classic bands like Led Zeppelin, Ten Years After, and Cream, tweaked for contemporary ears schooled on Soundgarden and Queens of the Stone Age.
The band’s about to release a new album, with the official release taking place at a Beachland Tavern show put together by Cellar Door Productions.
The bill also includes two other northeast Ohio heavy acts: So Long, Albatross, who released a self-titled album of their own earlier this year, and space/stoner rock veterans Ohio Sky.
Admission is $6.
