The Dalai Lama said, “If every child in the world were taught meditation, we would eliminate violence from the world in one generation.” This Thursday, the Akron Art Museum invites kids 5 and under (and their grown-ups) to join local yoga instructors for a special yoga class just for kids in the museum’s lobby. The class will introduce kinesthetic exercises and meditation techniques.
