The Great Cleveland RTA’s Transit Tracks series is now in its second year. Apparently, commuters reacted well to unexpectedly encountering local musicians playing at Rapid Stations. So now once a month on Thursday, a different local group or musician performs for three hours at one of the system’s busier stops.
This month it’s the eastern terminus, the Windermere Rapid Station. The Townsmen Jazz Unit, a spinoff the long-running Townsmen Jazz Orchestra founded in the late ’50s, will be playing.
