Cabinet’s downhome music has made them a favorite on the extended jam-band and festival circuit.
Out of rustic northeast Pennsylvania, the six-man group has built its sound on the country end of the jam scene, drawing heavily on bluegrass and other rootsy Americana sounds. Known as a great live band (of course!) that gets people dancing, they’re popular on the festival circuit (of course!). They even put on their own annual festival.
They’ve also amassed themselves a faithful following here in Cleveland (banjo player Pappy Biondo is from Cleveland, which surely doesn’t hurt). They return to play the Beachland Ballroom periodically. They’ll be doing do again, sharing a bill with Big Leg Emma.
Tickets are $12 in advance, $14 day of show.
