The landscape is way too cluttered with tribute bands.
But Cleveland’s Fiscal Spliff calls itself an “exotic tribute band.” And indeed, they do something you don’t hear at every classic rock bar or on a Rockin’ on the River lineup. The nine-piece group pays tribute to the stars of Afrobeat, particularly the music of Afrobeat founder Fela Kuti.
They’ll be doing so at the Take Five Rhythm & Jazz Tapas Lounge in the warehouse District.
