Stone Smoked Porter with Chipotle Peppers is a thing of spicy glory.  With the just-right heat of smoked jalapeños (aka chipotles) that combines beautifully with the beer’s peat-smoked malt and roasty character.

 

Drink Feature: El Bandito

Fresh Lemon Wedges & Jalapenos are crushed then shaken with Cuervo Silver Tequila, Blood Orange Juice and Simple Syrup to create this sweet citrusy cocktail with a slight spicy kick! – $6.00

New Sunday Brunch Menu beginning Mother’s Day – May 11th.  The Brunch menu will featuring new signature breakfast and brunch themed sandwiches along with an all new Bloody Mary options.  The new brunch menu will be available every Sunday from 11am-4pm and will be a offered alongside our awesome everyday menu.

 

Acclaimed restaurant proprietor Matt Fish is opening a new quick service Melt Bar and Grilled concept tentatively called “Melt University”.  The Melt spin-off will open at the new Tinkham Veale University Center at Case Western Reserve, his first establishment on a college campus.

Melt’s fresh, foodie fare will inhabit on the ground floor of the new university center – the 82,000 square-foot structure is currently under construction, a $50 million project that began in the summer of 2012. Upon its completion in August, the building will house more than 160 student organizations, a restaurant and ballroom, 5 retail food concepts, and will serve as the core of the Case campus.

The new “Melt University” location at Case Western Reserve will be open to students and the general public 7 days a week for Lunch & Dinner.
