Cleveland’s impressive culinary scene is no longer a secret, spilling over to reality shows, print and now film. Emerging Chefs, creators of the popular foodie pop-up events, are on the road to directing their first documentary film, Rustbelt Rebels: The Steel Fired Story of Emerging Chef Michael Nowak, about the proud proprietor of Cle’s Black Pig.
But the story doesn’t end there. They want to go on and create a series — Rustbelt Rebels: A Day in the Life Series — showcasing chefs in the region. But, to make this a reality, they need your help.
