In Jewish worship, cantors lead the musical aspect of prayer. For many centuries, they were primarily respected members of the congregation. Today, they’re virtually always highly trained musicians and singers with impressive credentials. Since the ’50s, they could also be women. Obviously, the cantors at Northeast Ohio’s most prominent synagogues are also going to be some of its top musicians.
The public has an opportunity hear a trio of them outside of the worship context when the “Three Cantors” perform at the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage. Kathryn Wolfe Sebo of the Temple-Tifereth Israel, Misha Pisman of the Park Synagogue, and Laura Lindauer of Suburban Temple-Kol Ami will perform what they’re describing as “an evening of musical enchantment” that includes solo, duet and ensemble numbers. Marshall Griffith will serve as accompanist.
Tickets are $20 or $15 for members of the museum. The proceeds benefit its community outreach and educational programs.

WHat?! ONE of few institituions left and let THEM lead the charge as were…OR this ‘deflection delusion illusion’. BUDISH sure is or will be..STAY TUNED on that score…SPEAKS volumes. THAT certain politico group down on ST.CLAIR (Or elsewhere) learned HARD lesson… probably figure let Mr.hardcharger clean it up n out and quiet place down..or SOMETHING…but what do I know…
SEMI holding these poor pathetic indigent sociopathic slobs hostage while getting fees for repping said in front of review committees for as ‘benefit designation’…GUESS can count THOSE poor slobs in census rolls in meantime…SURE COPS to rest doooo…AMAZING the amount of work,jobs dealing with THAT cross eyed droolies…. RADIO,TV and even print media DROWNING in ads FOR…..AND wonder WHY OTHER COUNTIES DONT want ANY part of ANY deals regional or otherwise UNLESS absolutely have to aka water and even THEN….COLLAB with EACH other first before…quite frankly the steam is gone and get a FEW new firms or expansion of some faciliites but hey…. FEW more slobs learn some VO ED skills and able to stay sane,sober,drug free long enough to ply their trade…DONT ask…. I almost pity BUDISH…. warehouse some poo slobs til finally econ or other areas good enough or enough demand and off THEY go to promisedland and drag granny,mom along…LESS BS…BETTER NUMBERS…DONT look as bad…BE thankful…NOT as many schemes…MAY stay out of jail even….rather finance teardowns,burndowns and green parks then…. create this uber green eco carb credit preserve….
