The Cleveland Orchestra isn’t the only perk of living in northeast Ohio for classical music fans.
The profusion of conservatories and music programs in the area means there’s an endless array of opportunities to hear world-class players — and many of those opportunities are free.
Baldwin Wallace University’s Conservatory of Music, for instance, is providing the musicians for PlayhouseSquare’s Summer Garden Music Series. It’ll take place at noon every Monday starting this week and running through 8/18.
Bring your lunch down to the U.S. Bank Plaza at East 14th and Euclid Avenue at PlayhouseSquare, and enjoy an hour and a half of free music.
