Ray Flanagan & the Authorities have been rocking the scene music scene for only about a year and a half.
In that time, the quintet, fronted by singer/guitarist Ray Flanagan, has snagged some choice gigs and started to attract fans to their timeless rock & roll. Their gutsy sound is firmly grounded blues and classic rock, and it’s got a frayed, working-man vibe that shows that they’ve probably listened to quite a bit of Bruce Springsteen.
Now Flanagan & company are releasing their debut album Same Sky, Difference Space, with a release party at the Happy Dog. Roger Hoover & the Hurt will open the evening.
