The Cleveland Orchestra takes a break from classical music tonight to play some Broadway classics in a program titled Broadway Standing Ovations.
They’ll be joined at Blossom Music Center by vocalists Christina Bianco (pictured), Ted Keegan, and Ben Crawford and the men of the Blossom Festival Chorus as they focus on the more contemporary side of Broadway musical, the era of the blockbuster musical like The Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables, and Wicked.
In addition, Bianco will perform selections from her Diva Moments show, which includes which features her impressions of legendary musical stars like Judy Garland, Barbra Streisand, and Julie Andrews.
Tickets are $35-$120.
