The 2014 Gay Games take place August 9-16. It’s time to welcome the world to Cleveland and Akron, and to make a bold statement about our region’s commitment to inclusion and diversity. Everyone is invited to join in the Gay Games Opening Ceremony on Saturday, August 9 at Quicken Loans Arena. The Games kick off the week with style and flair with a big production including celebrity guests Lance Bass, Broadway star Andrea McArdle and the legendary Pointer Sisters as well as a magnificent parade of participants from more than 45 countries.
You don’t have to be gay to play. Join in on the over 36 different events happening in the week, and be a part of the action. The Gay Games are the largest amateur sport festival in the country and include sports like: bowling, rodeo, softball, badminton, volley ball and many, many more. If games aren’t really your style, there will also be plenty of community events and a fun festival village at Cleveland’s Mall C.

Can wave to Cuyahoga Dems HQ when run past that on St.Clair….festoon that with balloons,color,banners,etc. THEY outta love that…ASSuming they are still at that location….THAT crew sure went to ground…then again CONSIDERING. SURE new honcho down there WANTS peace,calm,etc.TRYING to figure out what went wrong…. VISIONS of a JIMMY D poster covered in tri color,Gacy clown suite outta be enticing and enduring…. HE is having His own ‘games’ in jail….maybe send him a bar of soap….heard a lawyer took his old job at HQ. HOW ‘appropriate’.

MAybe unjustly dogging folks out but CONSIDERING attitudes,political envirio etc. SURE ENOUGH FOR ALL all the way around to be blanks about it and create a happy land story for media to pander… SMART…least AWAY from mad house of casino,Cavs,Warehouse District and all that happy stuff. SHOULD be LOT less traffic around there on weekend….if sport balls,bicycles,other goes errant least NO one hurt,etc. or not as badly hopefully..NO idea if any other events….NO idea what convention ctr doing if anything…. OUTTA be a ‘sight’ for THOSE visitors….maybe to THEM seems like fun and whatever til REALLY realize… THAT outta be a ‘interesting moment’…. GUESS depends on ones own predisposition,etc.etc. Hey…ANYWAYS….

by accidents,incidents,etc. I AM implying,hoping NO cars allowed or RESTRICTED…. that way if people fall,etc.LOT LESS chance for bad,fatal injuries. then again talking weekend…so other then some supply trucks, maybe some 2nd/3rd shift crews,other SHOULD be LITTLE movement… Yeah got data center on Rockwell…STILL….
Least got the parking lots where can congregate…set up first aid stations…WATER to bandage time…

What? March up Ontario to Willard,etc. or go up like a Prospect over to E.9th and up that way… GOOD luck with Public square… may lose a few to casino… least got some good cappacino coffee shops,etc.along the way….
