Know an amazing health or social services volunteer? Nominate him or her for the MTV Award from the Center for Community Solutions. Fill out the nomination form online and include a one-page narrative describing the efforts of the volunteer and why they are so “treasured.” Judges will be looking for “innovative approaches, unusual challenges overcome, accomplishments, community need for the activity, and impact on the community.”
