Tonight at Blossom Music Center, the Cleveland Orchestra will take on an ever-popular theme. Jack Everly will conduct as they play music associated with movies and TV shows like Star Trek, E.T., Star Wars, and 2001: A Space Odyssey.
Helping them out will be soprano Kristen Plumley (pictured), a Connecticut native with a lengthy list of opera and operetta credits, as well as a passion for working with rescue cats, and the men of the Blossom Festival Chorus. Plus there will be a very special guest narrator: actor George Takei, who played Hikaru Sulu on the Star Trek TV series.
Tickets are $23-$85.
