Free theatre is coming to a park new you! For 20 years Cleveland Public Theatre’s celebrated Student Theatre Enrichment Program (STEP), Cle’s longest-running arts and job training program for urban teens, has been bringing theatre to the young masses. They return this summer with an original new play, Now the City Dreams, described as an “unapologetic re-imagining” of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Performances kick off Thu 7/31 at 7pm in Herman Park and continue through Sun 8/10 at 4pm in Ohio City’s Fairview Park. Don’t miss it! See website for specific dates & locations.
