The Neighbors Make Music @BeachlandCle

Mon 7/28 @ 8PM

The North Collinwood neighborhood surrounding Waterloo Road is developing itself as a mecca for artists of all kinds. Dozens of painters, poets, and musicians already live in the area.

About once a month, usually on a Monday, the Beachland Tavern opens its doors and invites people to come in for Neighborhood Night. Performers include some of the talented players who live within walking distance.

This month, the performers include old-time acoustic folk/country/blues ensemble the Spyder Stompers (pictured), a relatively new group made up of some veteran area musicians; the bluesy Manhattan Beach Project, named after a long-gone beach that used to flank the also long-gone Euclid Beach Park up the street from the Beachland; and acoustic singer/songwriter Quinn Sands.

It’s free.
