Versatile Violinist Tracy Silverman Returns to @BeachlandCle

Mon 7/21 @ 8PM

Nashville-based virtuoso violinist Tracy Silverman is coming back to Cleveland to perform with Shaker Heights native, smooth pop pianist Jim Brickman, at Cain Park on Sat 7/19. That’s one of Silverman’s (many) gigs; he’s been performing with the likable Brickman for years.

But anyone who ventured out in the January weather to hear him play at the Beachland Ballroom earlier this year will be excited to hear he’s sticking around town and performing there again. At that show, he stood on stage alone and riveted the crowd with just his violin, playing in a shifting array of styles from classical to jazz to hard rock.

Since then, he’s released a new CD called Between the Kiss and the Chaos, which features a chamber version of a concerto he composed and a suite of pieces involving electric violin and a loop pedal.

Those who weren’t there in January can’t use the weather as an excuse this time. You will get way more than your $15 worth at this primarily seated show.
