Clark Pope @Pope_Caters Shares Grilling Tips at Lakefront Workshop

While the summer days are winding down, there is still time to pick up and try out some new grilling tips.

So the Agrarian Collective is hosting a workshop called Fire & Flame, at which local chef Clark Pope of Clark Pope Catering will teach participants how to build a grill fire and how to use it to enhance the flavor of your food.

They’ll watch him cook locally sourced meat and organic corn freshly picked from Maple Star Farm in Chardon — then they’ll get to eat it, along with beer from a local brewery.  It all takes place at Whiskey Island’s Wendy Park, so you can bask in the sunset over Lake Erie while you eat.
