The former Cleveland Music Festival, which took place mostly at the now-demolished Peabody’s, is entering a new era. It’s been renamed the Day & Night Music Festival, with its featured showcases taking place at the Agora Ballroom, where the Peabody’s crew has set up shop. There, Hostile Omish & One Days Notice headline on Friday, Mushroomhead is Saturday’s big-name, and Sunday’s bill includes Hawkeye and Kevlar.
But it will also be hosting stages in Tremont’s Lincoln Park where the guy that created the Put-in-Bay musical party vibe, Pat Dailey (pictured), will be holding court on Saturday, and the Cleveland Pops Orchestra will play on Sunday, at the Foundry, the House of Blues, the Grog Shop, the Beachland Tavern, and 21 Lounge.
There will also be educational panels taking place in Lincoln Park.
Three-day passes are available for $10 in advance, $15 at the door of any of the shows.
