Cleveland Culinary Launch & Kitchen opened its door in May 2013, catching the wave of entrepreneurs who had creative food ideas but maybe didn’t know exactly how to go about making them reality or didn’t have a space to executive them.
CKLK provides both advice and space. It has various types of commercial kitchen and storage space available for rent. It also has a two-month incubator program that startup businesses can apply for that covers of the gamut of things a new food business owner needs to know.
It’s just graduated a new class, and now it will showcase those young companies, as well as its facility at an open house, where you can sample the products from these recent grads, tour the kitchen, enjoy some live music, and sample some Market Garden beer and wine.
