YES on Issue 15 Before our Cuyahoga County government became a jobs program for the friends and relatives of Jimmy Dimora and Frank Russo, it’s main function was, and remains, the support of our health and human services safety net. Critical emergency services such as Metro Life Flight, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the Level One Trauma and Burn Center at MetroHealth are reliant on the funding that would be renewed by the passage of Issue 15. It helps seniors live in their own homes by providing home health care services, and it ensures that children receive programs to help them enter school healthy and ready to learn.
