It’s as easy as one-two-three! Make your way over to The Cleveland Public Library and check out their latest gizmo added to the famous Tech Central room: The Tech ToyBox. The Tech ToyBox allows users to check out tablets and My Cloud laptops with just the simple swipe of a library card and password. Thanks to the ToyBox, users can now roam freely throughout the library and use technology where ever need may be.
CoolCleveland Correspondent Marty Bielat met up with Tech Central Manager, C.J. Lynce, who told us all about the recent development. “We are one of the first public libraries in Ohio to have an automated kiosk like this,” said Lynce as he described the uniqueness the ToyBox brings to the library. In addition to the ToyBox, Lynce also told us to stay tuned for the installment of some new equipment in their MakerSpace coming this fall.
