Mon 3/16 @ 6-9PM
This month, Cleveland Rocks: Past Present Future’s monthly Musicians Workshop will take place at the Treelawn, up the street from its usual location at the Cleveland Rocks Shop. That would seem to show that it expects this one will have wider appeal: it’s less technical than some they’ve hosted, focusing on networking to grow your reach in the music community. Panelists include Jenna Fournier aka Kid Tigrrr, who has recently toured outside northeast Ohio; versatile singer/songwriter Tracy Marie: Robin “Hyperius” Blake, winner of last year’s VERGE prize and leader of the band Black Voltron; and rapper Nuke Franklin.
Following the panel and mixed four area artist will perform in the 2 x 4 songwriters showcase, where each performs two songs. They include Matt Moody, Liz Bullock, Colleen Welsch and Michael Bruner.
The event is free and open to all. RSVP here.
